EASY Chicken Alfredo (THM S Note Below)
- 1 lb Chicken Breast (or more) (or less)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz package low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk) (or 1/4 c half and half + 1/4 c water)
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb Fettuccine or Penne Pasta
Cube and saute chicken breast in pan.
Add butter and cream cheese to chicken and stir until melted.
Add milk of choice and parmesan cheese.
Stir to combine everything and your sauce is done!
While making sauce cook 1 lb of fettuccine or penne pasta.
Rinse pasta and put back into pan.
Mix Chicken Alfredo sauce with pasta to coat.
Add a side of steamed broccoli and ENJOY!
**Trim Healthy Mama Note**
Before you mix everything together place that amount of broccoli you will be eating in a bowl and add the Chicken Alfredo sauce on top. This is an "S" meal. YUM!
