Monster Bars

Here is a yummy recipe that you could even serve for breakfast!  Some may think I am crazy to say that but hey, they have oatmeal and peanut butter in them! :)

Monster Bars
1 stick butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms (optional)

Mix ingredients and press into a greased jelly roll pan.  Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of your pan.
15"x10" pan closer to 25 minutes
18"x13" pan 15-17 minutes

You can substitute the chocolate chips and M&Ms with crasins, rasins or any other dried fruit or nuts.
